GET ready farmers, cupid has gone bush.
The country town of Dimboola in Victoria has rounded up 60 single women and is now seeking single country men to take part in the Wimmera Beaut Blokes weekend to kick start some country romance.
This is a chance for lonely farmers to find love, or the very least have a fun-filled weekend and meet new mates.
Steve Bothe, who participated last year, said he would have another crack this year.
"I was a bit nervous last time but I really enjoyed it," Steve said.
"It's a good show and even if you don't end up married, you still meet a lot of great people."
The Wimmera Beaut Blokes weekend, on October 10-12, kicks off with a Friday night meet-and-greet bowls session.
Saturday activities include a tour of Dimboola and an afternoon of music and entertainment.
It all winds down on Sunday with a relaxed brunch and plenty of time to exchange details.
The cost is $190 which includes accommodation, food and a weekend of fun.
