VICTORIA'S most inspiring youngsters will gather at the Melbourne Showgrounds this weekend to await the crowning of the Victorian Rural Ambassador for 2008.

The 10 finalists, aged between 20 and 30, each representing their region's agricultural show society, are role models for their community.
