BEHIND every good man is a good woman and sometimes she deserves a break.
With the aim of rejuvenating the hard working women of rural communities in mind, the fourth Yarram Women On Farms getaway is on again.
An initiative of Yarram Women on Farms and Gippsland Rural Outreach Worker Network, the three-day trip begins on October 22 and will be female-only and responsibility-free.
Rural Outreach counsellor Diane Robinson says the trip began as a way for women to leave behind their responsibilities and relax.
"Women need it," Diane says.
"It gives them the chance to get away, listen to and support each other."
For $75, participants will be treated to a trip to Cape Conran Cabins in East Gippsland, Victoria, where they can relax with other country mothers in a supportive atmosphere.
