THE $72.5 million sale of La Belle Downs and Welltree stations is set to be the biggest rural property sale of the year.
The Australian Financial Review reports it is believed the two NT stations, owned by Peter Camm, will be sold to Sydney-based private investor Primary Holdings International. AFR reports that Camm bought La Belle station seven years ago for A$11 million.
The sale tops the $70 million paid by Sterling Buntine in March for NT property Alroy Downs.
