IT SEEMS like one NSW rural newspaper has already taken the Government's report on "dryness" to heart.
"What drought?" asked the front-page headline last week. Errr, that'd be the one stretching across most of the nation, including southeast Australia.
Despite some rain in parts of NSW, most of southern Australia is drier than a Salada in a sand dune.
Riverina readers battling the worst conditions in a century would be heartened to know they obviously don't count.
