TWO teenagers have been arrested and charged for stealing from burnt out houses in Melbourne's south-east on Black Saturday, earlier this month.
Two 18-year-old men are accused of stealing a mobile phone from the garage of a fire damaged house and other electrical equipment from another damaged home in Narre Warren South.
The two men have been bailed to appear at the Dandenong Magistrates' Court on April 9.
