AUSTRALIAN Agricultural Company Ltd has gone into a trading halt pending the announcement of a "significant transaction''. 

AAco said the trading halt would end with the announcement before March 10.

"We request a trading halt pending an announcement regarding a significant transaction under negotiation,'' AAco said in a statement to the stock exchange.
