A CHARITY match between the Victorian Amateur Football League and the Eastern Football League has raised more than $75,000 for the VCFL Bushfire Appeal Fund.

More than 3000 people attended Sunday's match at Jubilee Park in Ringwood to support country footy clubs affected by bushfire.

Both teams fielded ex-AFL players including former St Kilda and Brisbane Lions' Brett Voss and Hawthorn's Joel Smith.

Voss' team, the Ammos, took home the Bushfire Challenge Cup, winning 13.14 (92) to 12.14 (86).

In a curtain-raiser, the Eastern Football League's colts team defeated the Yarra Valley Mountain District league's under-18 representative team.
