BELIEVE it or not.

Yes, chocolate milk is tasty, but British researchers want us to believe it is a wonder liquid when it comes to providing energy.

Northumbria University researchers say cyclists drinking chocolate milk could ride 51 per cent longer before exhaustion than those using a sports drink such as Gatorade or Powerade and 43 per cent longer than those on a fluid-replacement drink.

It might be true. Then again, April Fools Day was earlier this month.
