RECENTLY, while going through some old memorabilia, I came across a badge from the old Miranda club.
The badge is a turkey pulling a plum pudding.
It was probably in the early '50s, when we were a young married couple, that my late wife joined the club.
Does The Weekly Times still have this club?
The badge is quite distinctive.
