THE off-season coaching roundabout has been in full swing in the Central Murray Football League.
Local policeman Tevis Wright has been appointed sole senior coach at Nyah-Nyah West United, after a season as joint coach with Laughlan Woodward.
Wright will be hopeful of leading the Demons in a more successful season after posting just one win this year.
Former Tyntynder onballer Marcus Nalder has signed on to the top job at Lake Boga.
Nalder, 29, coached Tyntynder in 2005-06 but stepped down in recent seasons due to work commitments.
He takes on an improving Lake Boga team - the Magpies finished sixth but won their last two games against top-five teams.
Talented midfielder Simon Bunyan has crossed from Ovens and Murray team Lavington to take the coaching reins at Tyntynder.
Bunyan has been a regular top-five finisher in Lavington's best-and-fairest since arriving from Hay in 2007.
Lee Anderson will return to his home club, reigning premier Balranald, to take over the coaching position vacated by Karl Jacka.
Anderson, 31, has spent the past two seasons with Moulamein in the Golden Rivers league after coaching Balranald from 2001-03.
This season's runner-up, Kerang, will be coached by Chris Gibson, who arrived at the Blues last season from Nightcliff in the AFLNT competition.
Gibson has also represented Norwood and West Adelaide in the SANFL.
He replaces Shawn Filo, who stepped down from the top job after this year's grand final loss to Balranald.
The Central Murray league will also introduce a bye to its fixture next season, after giving the green light for southernmost club Leitchville-Gunbower to join the Heathcote District league.
