TWO more properties from the collapsed agribusiness giant Great Southern Holdings have been sold, and four more sales look to be finalised soon.
Pistol Plains in northwest Tasmania went to auction late last month, while Saumarez in North East Tasmania was auctioned the following day under instruction from receivers McGrathNicol.
Pistol Plains was passed in for $1.25 million, and later sold for a higher undisclosed figure. Saumarez sold at auction for $3.1 million.
Expressions of interest closed on a number of other Great Southern properties on October 30.
