EDALILLIE, at Freshwater Creek, sold at auction for $1,591,000 last weekend.
The 90.37ha Surf Coast grazing and cropping property attracted more than 100 people to Saturday's auction.
Geelong Elders rural real estate manager Ken Drysdale said the property was sold to Melbourne investors with a magnificent result achieved.
