MUSEUMS collect some unusual things, but water?
The National Museum of Australia is asking people in the Murray Darling Basin to send a bottle of their local water from a river, lake, dam or wetland.
The Bottle from the Basin exhibition will display the water, an analysis of its quality and the issues facing locals.
Given the drought and so many dry lakes, Back Paddock wonders how many bottles will be sent back empty.
