SOUNDS like a something from a B-grade horror movie.
The residents of Docker River in the Northern Territory are are being held hostage by a herd of thirsty, marauding camels desperate for water.
The camels have taken to sucking the water out of air-conditioning units and have also overrun the airport, where it is impossible to land or take off.
Many members of the community are too frightened to leave their homes.
Authorities are planning a cull of the camels to ease the threat.
