OUTSTANDING infrastructure and an excellent layout await the future owner of this former dairy research farm.
The Department of Primary Industries research facility closed in June following a DPI state-wide restructure.

The 215ha farm would suit a buyer looking to continue scientific research, education or a commercial operation.
"There's a state-of-the-art 32-unit swingover dairy, with fully computerised dairy management system attached to it," conjunctional agent John Moyle said.
"It could be utilised as a very highly developed dairy farm ... it could milk 500 cows easily if you wanted.
"If anyone wanted to use it as an education or research or scientific farm the infrastructure is all in place and ready to go, which would save someone a lot of money."
Stand-out features of the farm include an enclosed, undercover calf shed, undercover artificial insemination race, hay sheds, a greenhouse, feedlot and yards, cattle yards, weighbridge and scales, and a fully auxiliary-operated power supply.
The property also has two residences and a 1200 sq m administration building.
John described the farm as "first class".
"It's got outstanding soil types and the layout and infrastructure is excellent," he said.
"Town water is connected and it will be sold with the ability to bring irrigation water to the property.
"The infrastructure is in place to handle irrigation water on the property."
DPI will sell the property as a whole and because the farm is on crown land, the buyer will not have to pay stamp duty.
The farm is well located and is a 38km drive to Shepparton, 39km to Echuca and 200km to Melbourne.
