ONE central Victorian car thief might have anticipated a clean getaway last week.
While the owner of the car went to get another bucket of water to finish cleaning it, a 26-year-old Castlemaine woman allegedly stole the vehicle.
Even with the shiny car, she didn't get far. Police caught her a couple of hours later on a farm 10km from Kyneton.
