THIS clothes shop in Takayama in Japan caught the eagle eye of Weekly Times photographer Mark Griffin on a recent visit to the land of the rising sun.
Griffo wasn't sure if the shop was named after our own west Victorian town or the mountain where Noah dry-docked his ark.
It reminds Back Paddock of a youth spent wondering why so many shops were named after Sale, particularly around stock-take time.
