CHILLED TOMATO AND CUCUMBER SOUP
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 cucumber, grated
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup spring onion, chopped
- 1 tspn Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper
- chopped parsley
- 1/2 cup cream
To the tomato soup, add the grated cucumber, water, spring onions, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
Chill for several hours.
Strain. Add the cream and chill again.
Serve garnished with chopped parsley.
