KAREN Dethomas of Croydon South in Victoria sent in this delicious recipe for a Toblerone dip platter.

TOBLERONE DIP PLATTER

  • 200g thickened cream, whipped
  • 200g Toblerone chocolate bar, melted
  • 1 tbspn honey
  • 2 tspns Kahlua or Baileys (optional)

Melt Toblerone bar. Whip cream and add to chocolate.

Add honey and alcohol. Chill.

Serve with a platter of chopped fruit for dipping, such as strawberries, mango, orange, apple and banana.
