WORLD dressage sensation Moorlands Totilas has had a huge offer to buy him knocked back.

His owner, property magnate Kees Visser, is understood to have turned down 15 million euros ($23.5 million) last month for the 10-year-old black stallion, who scored a world record 93 per cent in his Olympia World Cup qualifier freestyle test in London last month.

If the horse continues to improve, the forthcoming World Equestrian Games and the London Olympic Games are his for the taking.

However, Mr Visser said he might consider a higher offer.

"Never say never. If you say 15 million (euros), then maybe 20 or 25 million (euros) would be the price," he said. "I don't have any anxiety or fear as to what can go wrong. Otherwise I would sell him right away."
