SETTLERS Park presents an opportunity to run a diverse horticulture and cropping enterprise.
The 605ha property at Naracoorte is extremely versatile and could successfully produce potatoes, clover, lucerne, cereals, oilseed and hay, with a large water licence to facilitate their growth.

The licence allows for the extraction of water from a shallow fresh-water aquifer. It is measured on an area basis and is 180ha irrigation equivalent.
"Water is probably the key feature of this property and the thing that gives it its diversity and security as far as production goes," selling agent Cameron Grundy said.
The land at Settlers Park comprises heavy flat black soils that are naturally fertile and suited to irrigation and dry land farming activities.
Additional adjoining land is currently leased by the owners of Settlers Park to enable ongoing expansion and it will be possible for the purchaser to enter into a lease agreement subject to negotiations.
The property is near Naracoorte town centre.
"It's 10km south of Naracoorte and it's just off the main road," Cameron said.
