The stud was founded more than 30 years ago by Mrs Mullens and her husband, Brian, who died only weeks before the fires.
Mrs Mullens has dispersed the stud to concentrate on rebuilding her home and life.
"It was very sad to see them go. They were our life's work and our passion," she said.
Mrs Mullens lost her Dixons Creek property on February 7 last year, and while it has been a tough year, the unwavering support of the community has helped her get through.
She said the volunteers who helped out on the farms had been invaluable in the recovery process.
Mrs Mullens said she was hoping to start rebuilding her home this month and ultimately start a steer fattening operation.
