Victor cooks up a storm in his Jindivick kitchen, making Redback Chilli Company sauces.
He combines chilli with its fiery friends - jalapeno, habaneros, nagas and rocotos - to create the range of mouth-burning condiments.
And this weekend, chilli fanatics will be able to try some of the chilli creations at Victor's 10th Hot Sauce and Fiery Foods Festival.
