FORMER Parmalat Australia chief executive David Lord will replace Warrnambool Cheese and Butter interim CEO and managing director John McLean in June.
WCB chairman Frank Davis said he and the board were delighted to have attracted an executive with the caliber and experience of Mr Lord.
“David is highly respected with in the industry and has done an outstanding job with Parmalat in Australia,” he said.
“His background in dairy has given him experience of working in partnership with farmers and I am confident that he will work well with our suppliers.”
John McLean will remain with the company and on the board in the role of associate director.
