YO YOS

  • 185g butter
  • 60g icing sugar mixture
  • 185g plain flour
  • 60g custard powder

Cream butter and sugar, add sifted flour and custard powder. Roll into small balls, the size of a teaspoon.

Place on tray and flatten lightly with fork.

Cook in a low to moderate oven at 140C for about 15 minutes or until cooked (not brown). Let cool. Ice with lemon icing.
