EL RANCHO presents an opportunity to obtain a well-maintained family farm.
The 1091ha grazing and cropping property, about an hour's drive north of Barham, in NSW, is being offered for sale for the first time in more than 40 years.

Ian and Barry Dickeson's parents purchased the property in 1967 and passed it down to the brothers who currently manage the farm.
Ian and Barry run about 800 ewes and 200 lambs at the Cunninyeuk property, but Barry said it would "easily suit any sort of stock".
El Rancho has an 831-megalitre water licence and two recycle dams.
Improvements include a shearing shed, three machinery sheds, a barn, 10 silos and sheep and cattle yards, all in good condition.
The property also has good shelter plantations scattered throughout.
Selling agent Bernard Ryan said the farm was a "sound grazing, cropping and rice-growing property" being offered for genuine freehold sale. The Dickesons are selling El Rancho to semi-retire.
