THERE'S a new coloured shirt in town.
Albury agents Trent Boers, Pat Kindellan and Craig Schubert are hardly new kids on the block - the trio has a combined 67 years' experience in the livestock and property industries - but they're out to provide clients with a new brand of service.
Former Landmark agents Mr Boers and Mr Schubert have joined independent Kindellan to form their new Albury-based agency, BK&S.
The group has already run its first livestock sale alongside other independent agencies and plans to grow the business to provide a complete, balanced range of services across the livestock and property sectors, Mr Schubert said.
"We'd like to think we give more personal service but still provide the benefits of bigger companies from our contacts built up over the years. We believe we can offer the best of both worlds," he said.
Mr Schubert said there wasn't "one major factor" that had informed their move, but rather that "the timing was right".
The agency will embrace online marketing and sales while offering traditional services to give clients the edge in a competitive market, he said.
