THE most important thing to me - apart from my family - is my ponies.
Annie is a 23.3 bay riding pony.
Lady is a 11.2 Welsh mountain pony, she is fully white.
They both have their own personalities (and minds) and they are both very different.
Annie has the sweetest nature ever. She's never bitten, kicked OR bucked, (except when she had a sore back).
She is also very energetic, curious and affectionate.
Lady is, well, interesting - so cheeky and naughty! But I love her to bits.
She's also very loud - she neighs, snorts and whinnies when she sees me.
She's very mean to other horses, but once she's established who's the boss, it's OK.
I've had some weird stacks.
Once when I was riding in a 10-acre (4ha) paddock, Annie bolted (she was only four at the time).
I managed to stay on until I was about 10 metres away from the gate and somehow, I ended up in the trough.
It was a normal concrete trough and I was lucky I wasn't seriously hurt.
Also, I recently fell off Lady and broke my wrist.
I was trying to canter without stirrups and she wouldn't go. So when I finally gave up trying, she went, and I didn't.
I simply lost my balance and put my hands out to break my fall.
It was very painful and the day I got my cast off, I asked mum if I could ride.
She said, "no way" but I went on a school ski trip the next day.
