Merryn Heathcote, who has owned the hotel for the past 11 years, said many tourists made use of the hotel's accommodation.
The two-storey hotel has a large bar area, billiard room, bottle shop, large walk-in freezer, storage areas, large kitchen and an 80-seat bistro.
The hotel also boasts a big beer garden.
Upstairs are a two-bedroom owners' residence, seven letable rooms, a kitchenette and female and male bathroom facilities.
Merryn said the bar area could fit many customers.
"There's a really good bar area with access from all sides of the bar," she said.
"We often have bands here. There's plenty of room for them."
Adjoining the hotel is a two-storey brick structure that is heritage listed.
