Pat Rice and Hawkins director Peter Hawkins described Myrhee Homestead as a "special property".
"It's probably one of the most character-filled homesteads in a wonderful garden and set on the banks of the King River," he said.
"It's certainly a way of life but 371 acres (150ha) of productive land on the King River is hard to find, so it's an excellent grazing property as well."
The five-bedroom, French-colonial-style homestead features high ceilings, french doors, reverse-cycle air conditioning and electric slab heating for winter warmth.
A tennis court, in-ground swimming pool and a paved outdoor area make the property ideal for entertaining.
Myrhee homestead is divided into six main paddocks, all with excellent fencing.
The country comprises King River loamy flats and there are stands of red gums and historic elm and chestnut trees scattered across the property.
The property boasts a significant 64-megalitre water entitlement from the King River.
An electric pump delivers water to the house and troughs and the system is supplemented by a registered bore with an electric pump.
Improvements include a hay shed, timber cattle yards with steel crush and galvanised-iron machinery and storage sheds including a large machinery shed with lock-up bay, concrete floor and electricity.
