LOVERS of British motorcycles, both old and new, will gather at Campbells Creek, near Castlemaine, this weekend for the 35th All British Rally.
A traditional ride-to and camping rally, the event has grown to become the largest gathering of British motorcycle enthusiasts in the southern hemisphere.
Campers paying the full fee not only get to indulge their passion for classic machinery, but stand the chance of winning the gate prize of a 1948 500cc AJS.
The rally, run by the BSA Motorcycle Owners Association, will see hundreds of veteran, vintage, classic and modern British bikes fill the local sports reserve from Saturday to Monday.
The program will include a mass run into Maldon for Saturday's lunch, a mystery run on Sunday, classic bike movies and live music.
Day visitors are welcome at $5, with camping entries paying $55 at the gate.
