T HE olive grove at Coralee Olives was established about 10 years ago and is close to full production.
The 695ha property has 175ha dedicated to olives, with an estimated 60,000 trees made up of eight varieties specifically chosen for the production of extra-virgin olive oil.

The property's production potential is estimated to be more than 400,000 litres a year.
"The sale of Coralee Olives is an ideal opportunity to secure a highly productive olive grove where the entire establishment work is done, with the produce winning many awards," selling agent Cameron Grundy said.
A major feature of the property is a 940-megalitre water licence.
Water for the grove is pumped from an underground aquifer by diesel pumps. It is filtered, has fertiliser added as required and pumped to the grove through a state-of-the-art computerised delivery system.
Equipment may be bought from Coralee Olives, with the sale subject to negotiation.
