HELLOSZTOK everyone!
Wish you were here. Here I am in Hungary, home of the famous Hungarian Donkey Gallop.
Well it's actually not famous yet. This is the inaugural Donkey Gallop but the organisers are pretty sure it's gonna be as big as The Melbourne Cup.
We're in the village of Radpuszta and this is my friend Attila taking a breather before the race - and his jockey, Gyorgy. They both look pretty relaxed eh? If this was Flemington I reckon the stewards would be ordering a swab.
Anyways I've got pretty good odds on Attila so I've put a few forints (that's Hungarian moolah) on him.
Trouble is I'm not sure of the exchange rate so I could have bet all me travel budget for all I know.
If I'm not home next week it's probably because Attila didn't come in and I'll be scooping up donkey poo to pay for me ticket home.
