WANTABADGERY Station is on the market again.

The historic 2594ha Wagga Wagga property was for sale by expressions of interest through Landmark in September last year with an asking price of $12-$16 million, but didn't sell.

The property is for sale again, this time by a tender process through conjunctional agents Pat Rice and Hawkins and Sydney agency Webster Nolan.

Pat Rice and Hawkins director Peter Hawkins said he anticipated the property would sell for "in excess of $10 million".

Melbourne businessman Bill Leslie has owned Wantabadgery since 1991 and in recent years the property has run about 1000 cows, 3500-4000 ewes and 100 ewe weaners as replacements.

Tenders for Wantabadgery Station close at 2pm on July 14.
