STRIKING images of Marysville both before and after Black Saturday will be a special feature at this weekend's 14th Alexandra Truck, Ute and Rod Show.
The Marysville Photo Exhibition was established by video producer and photographer Barry Thomas.
It took more than 600 hours to produce from a database of 3000 photos.
The exhibition was initially set up in Lake Mountain Ski Hire's portable in the main street in March and has attracted more than 10,000 visitors.
Visitors to Alexandra will also see a burnt-out log truck from Marysville.
Driver Steve Guilfoyle, a local resident, shifted the truck to the local golf course in a vain attempt to keep it safe, then returned to move his family before fire destroyed his house.
The burnt-out truck, along with a couple of destroyed utes, will be on show at the weekend.
The opening hours for the photo display are 10am to 4pm from Friday to Monday.
The exhibition will move back to Marysville after the truck show to be relocated into a container behind the lolly shop.
The big Truck, Ute and Rod Show opens on Saturday with the traditional rod run (utes and small trucks are welcome to tag along).
Leaving at noon, the run's destination will be Marysville's Gallipoli Park.
From 3.30pm, a free street party in Alexandra will offer live music for four hours.
Sunday sees a multi-coloured 3km-long array of giant interstate rigs, timber trucks, contractors' equipment, hot rods, utes and motorbikes line up in the town's main street for judging and display.
Other features of the weekend will include a public auction, trade stands, chainsaw carving, a quilting exhibition, children's entertainment and woodchop competitions.
Organisers are expecting a crowd of up to 12,000 visitors.
