SKIPTON cropping and grazing property, Yallambee, sold for $2,780,000 last week.
The 545ha property, owned by the Taylor family, was sold under the hammer at Friday's auction at the Skipton Mechanics Hall.
Pat Rice and Hawkins agent Peter Balharrie said more than 100 people attended the auction.
He described the sale as a "great result".
