Andrew Smith, who has managed Kilfinora for the past eight years, said it was an excellent property.
"It's well resourced and the focus is on quality," he said.
"It's got magnificent soil, spectacular infrastructure, magnificent views from the north and the south, the house and garden is exceptional and it has got mature vines."
About 25ha of vines were planted in 1998 and they feature excellent trellising and a drip-irrigation system which is fed by a 12 megalitre catchment dam.
The homestead is a contemporary brick residence that Andrew described as "spectacular".
The five-bedroom home has three bathrooms, including an ensuite with a spa, large open-living areas and extensive verandas.

"The north and south facing slopes are good for different crop uses and horticultural uses."
Kilfinora is south of Woori Yallock, and about an hour's drive from Melbourne's CBD.
