A MONSTER truck version of the old fashioned penny farthing bicycle has become a hit on YouTube. Click to watch.
Dutch man Wouter van den Bosch built this penny farthing out of an old tractor tyre, steel tubing and bicycle parts as part of his arts course.

Wouter told metro.co.uk he loves to make mechanical mutations by using devices or parts in ways they were not designed for.
The original penny farthings were fast and comfortable on rough roads but were unstable and the rider could easily find themselves pitched over the handlebars.
At least with this one there's not much chance of getting bogged.
