GLENTREVOR is a well-known cattle grazing property in the Wangaratta district.

The 546.38ha has been a beef grazing property for the past 14 years where owners Daryl and Gillian Morgan have thoroughly enjoyed running their Angus beef operation.

"It's in a spectacular spot," Gillian said.

"We're at the start of the foothills rising up to the mountains.

"You've got the King Valley on one side and the Ovens Valley on the other so you're in an absolutely beautiful place here."

"We've got a couple of hundred acres (80 hectares) of bush here on the top of the hill so it's great shelter for the cattle and there is a protected valley at the back.

"You can't ask for much more."

The property has been divided into easily manageable paddocks and the land consists of undulating to rising terrain.

There are also 12ha of olives, which were planted about 10 years ago and are in full production.

"We're in a high rainfall district and it's fairly heavy carrying country," Gillian said.

"It's good productive country."

A reliable spring supplies water to troughs.

There are the homes at Glentrevor including a main homestead, a manager's residence and a two-bedroom cottage.

The main rendered-brick home has five bedrooms and has been extensively renovated.

Glentrevor is located 11km souteast of Milawa and 26km from Wangaratta.
