YEA grazing property Glandore sold at auction recently.
The 141ha property sold under the hammer for $2.06 million.
The sale price exceeded the expectations of selling agent Adam Mountjoy, who told The Weekly Times last month the price range for the property was $1.6 million-$1.75 million.
Glandore had been in the same family since the 1930s and is a well-known bullock fattening enterprise in the Yea district.
