HISTORIC Birroon Station passed in at auction and is now being offered for private sale at a lower price.
The 1296.3ha Gunning, NSW property was passed in at auction last week and has an asking price of $3.3 million.
The property was originally listed with a price range of $3.5-$4.15 million.
Birroon Station boasts fertile and productive grazing country and is located 2 1/2 hours' drive south of Sydney.
The property also boasts an impressive Victorian homestead.
Meares and Associates selling agent Sam Triggs said Birroon Station was "good value" and required limited further investment.
