MACQUARIE Bank's Paraway Pastoral Company has bought three of Twynam's NSW stations, Mungadal, Cooinbil and Buttabone.
The sale confirms speculation first reported by The Weekly Times at the start of last month.
At the time, Twynam Agriculture dismissed the rumours and Paraway Pastoral refused to comment.
A Twynam spokesman told The Weekly Times he was "not aware of any sale that is going on''.
Mungadal Station has been on the market since April 2008 when Twynam's other long-held Riverina properties, Steam Plains and Cobran Station, were also listed for sale.
At the time, Twynam's owner John Kahlbetzer said he would keep the 100,000ha Gundaline Station.
Paraway Pastoral purchased Twynam's Steam Plains mid-way through last year for a rumoured $25 million.
The sale means that Paraway will own about 3 million hectares of land after adding the most recent purchase of 160,000ha through the Twynham acquisition.
