Chris Street and Lorraine Ridd own the castle where they host traditional and medieval-style weddings, as well as funerals.
Bed and breakfast accommodation is also available.
"It's recognised by one and all," Chris said.
"We have people from overseas and from every state in the Commonwealth (of Australia) get married here because of its uniqueness and because people just love the castle."
Camelot Castle is full of character and is complete with an array of typical castle features and trimmings such as towers, flags, swords and armour.
It also offers views of the rolling hills beyond.
There is a 150-seat reception centre, chapel, bridal suite, changing room, bar and a commercial kitchen.
The chapel seats up to 100 people and has stained-glass windows, exposed brick walls and timber floors and ceiling.
Weddings can also be performed in two feature courtyards.
Chris said there was huge potential to grow the business.
There is a three-bedroom owner's residence connected to the castle, which is located in an elevated garden setting and has a heated indoor swimming pool.
"It's a great place to live," Chris said.
"It's a beautiful lifestyle. You wouldn't find a better place in the valley to live I wouldn't think.
"There are just beautiful uninterrupted views of the valley."
