THE final report of the 2009 Victorian Bushfires Royal Commission will be released tomorrow.

Farmers will be keen to see if the Commission calls on the Government to abandon its inequitable fire services levy on property insurance, what reforms it recommends on clearing native vegetation and the CFA's restructure.

The big issue for households in bushfire-prone areas will be how the Commission deals with the "stay or go" policy.

Counsel assisting the Commission, led by Jack Rush QC, have called for the "stay or go" policy to be abandoned and replaced by evacuation, once fire threatens a community.

Premier John Brumby has said the Government will respond within three weeks.
