CERES hobby farm Anembo sold at auction on the weekend.
The 22.87ha property, located about an hour southwest of Melbourne, sold under the hammer for $1.21 million.
The property was sold to a local purchaser.
Selling agent Ken Drysdale said the property had been marketed with an estimated price of $1.1 million-plus and the auction result was "very sound".
