Wilf Smithyman has owned the property for the past seven years and has enjoyed its easy management.

"One person can actually operate the property," Wilf said.

"It's got under-tree sprinklers and we draw the water from Fawcetts Creek, which is at the bottom of the property.

"We pump it up from the creek and we have an automatic irrigation scheduler which is mechanically and electrically operated so we can set the irrigation schedule at the main house."

Avocados are sold through a packhouse on the mid-coast of NSW but the property is completely set up to package the avocados on site.

"We actually have a complete mechanical packaging plant on the property so anyone who takes the property over would be able to do all the packaging and grading themselves," Wilf said.

"We have our own cold rooms.

"It's very well set up and it's a completely self-contained property so anybody who is good at marketing or keen at marketing, the whole job can be done from the property by one person."
