ROMSEY property Rosemont failed to sell at auction at the weekend.
The property was to be auctioned in four lots, but all were passed in at Saturday's auction.
Lot one, with a reserve of $795,000, passed in at $700,000. Lot two passed in for $710,000 and has a reserve of $795,000.
Lot three passed in on a vendor bid of $850,000 and has a reserve of $950,000.
Lot four passed in on a vendor bid of $850,000 and has a reserve of $895,000.
The four lots were 40.52ha, 40.4ha, 18.43ha and 32ha respectively.
Lot three features a three-bedroom Victorian homestead and lot four has a four-bedroom brick-veneer homestead.
The entire property boasts chocolate volcanic soils and productive land.
