A RESPECTED South Australian property was sold under the hammer last week.
The property at Porters, in the district of Lochaber, sold for $1.25 million to a Naracoorte purchaser.
The property consists of 425.2 hectares of vacant medium loam country.
It carries 155 cows with calves.
It also has 675 ewes with 120 per cent lambs.
About 35 people attended the auction.
The property was sold by Landmark, Naracoorte.
