DAVID Kennedy and Robyn McAuliffe bought Pine Valley Caravan Park eight years ago after "falling in love with Bright".
They had been looking to buy a caravan park on the NSW coast but after visiting Bright decided it was the place to buy.

The Pine Valley Caravan Park is a family tourist mecca and each year attracts an array of visitors, many of whom are repeat guests.
"The peak periods for us are summer and autumn," David said.
"It's very much a family park and it's mostly families that have been coming up for years and years.
"We have lots of families that have been coming up every summer for years and every year they just meet up and pick up from where they left off."
The park is located 1km from the centre of Bright and close to a number of the town's respected restaurants.
Visitors to Bright also often go bushwalking, bike riding, white-water rafting, hang-gliding and skiing at Mt Hotham and Falls Creek, which are about 50km away.
Pine Valley Caravan Park has 22 ensuite cabins ranging from deluxe four-star to more basic 2 1/2 star.
There are more than 50 powered sites.
The caravan park has a tennis court, swimming pool and spa, plus a games room which features a pool table, table tennis table and slot games.
There are more than 100 deciduous trees throughout the caravan park, which provide shade in summer and turn picturesque shades of red and orange in autumn.
Bright is located about 320km north-east of the Melbourne CBD.
